This Privacy Policy explains how Levent Keskinalemdag, trading as "Rewrite AI" ("we", "us", "our"), handles personal data in connection with the Rewrite AI mobile application (the "Service").

Section 01
What We Collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible.
Text you submit for rewriting is used only while we process it. We never store the text you submit in our database, and it is not used to train AI models.
We may collect an anonymous device identifier used to apply free-use limits and deliver your subscription. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
We may collect crash reports and basic usage analytics, including event counts and category names, to keep the app stable and improve it.
We may also receive your subscription status from the App Store, a push-notification token if you grant permission, and any message and email address you send if you contact us directly.
We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and the Service has no accounts.

Section 02
How We Use It
We use this data to deliver the Service, enforce free-use limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, fix crashes, send any notifications you have opted in to, and respond to your messages. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Section 03
Service Providers
To run the Service we rely on a small number of trusted providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and payment processing. Each provider processes data only as needed to support the Service, under its own privacy terms.
Some providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where that applies, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised by UK law.
Section 04
Retention
Submitted text is not retained on our servers. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymised.
Section 05
Your Rights
If UK or EU data-protection law applies to you, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Email levent@aceflow.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk or your local supervisory authority.

Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
